From $100M+ Growth to Founder Support—Here’s My Backstory

I’ve seen it all—rocketships, flameouts, companies that should have worked but didn’t, and scrappy teams that willed their way to success.

I’ve been at data centers at 3 a.m., been fired by clients, and watched financings fall apart. I’ve also closed multi-million-dollar deals, built great teams, and experienced the life-changing moment of selling my company.

Now I work with founders on scaling, hiring, and navigating the hard decisions that come with growth.

Innovator in Residence at USC Viterbi Startup Garage, mentoring early-stage founders.

Current Projects

I live in Manhattan Beach with my wife Emily (you can find her at emilycollins.com) and our four kids. She’s an entrepreneur too—she helps female founders with mindset and business strategy.

When I’m not working with founders, I’m usually watching sports, eating tacos, writing something no one asked for, or talking too much on stage. As Emily likes to say—I only have a lot to say when I’m being interviewed. That’s probably true. But when I do speak, it’s because I’ve got something worth sharing.
